Stoneclad — Business Systems & Development

We design your business systems. Then we build them.

Stoneclad is a design-and-development firm for established practices, institutes, and training organizations. We map how your operation actually runs, draw the full architecture — operations and software together — then develop the platforms, write the code, and produce the teaching content ourselves. One firm, accountable from first drawing to daily operation.

SHEET 01 The problem we built for Stoneclad Build & Systems · Rev A

A proven method shouldn’t depend on the founder being in the room.

Most established organizations run on three things: the founder’s judgment, in-person training, and paper. That works — until growth, succession, or a second location asks the method to exist somewhere outside the founder’s head.

The usual answer is three vendors. A software agency builds a portal. A consultant redraws the processes. A media company films some courses. Each ships its piece. Nobody owns the system, and the pieces don’t fit.

We structured Stoneclad differently: architecture, engineering, and production under one roof, because they are one problem. The people who design your operation are the same people who write the software and film the training.

The system you get is the system that was drawn — not three vendors’ interpretations of it.

SHEET 02 The operating model Design · Develop · Deploy · Operate

Four phases. One accountable firm.

Every engagement moves through the same sequence — and none of it is handed off to a third party.

Phase 01 · Design

Systems architecture

We map the operation as it runs today — delivery, training, admin, revenue — and draw the full blueprint: what becomes software, what becomes process, what becomes content. You see the whole system on paper before anything is built.

Phase 02 · Develop

Custom software

Our own engineers build the platforms: training portals and academies, member and client applications, internal tools, integrations, automation and AI. No outsourcing, no white-label resale.

Phase 03 · Deploy

Full production

We film and package your training with you — curriculum, courses, certification paths — in your voice. Then we launch the platform and move the operation onto it.

Phase 04 · Operate

Ongoing running

Systems decay without an operator. We run what we build — publishing schedules, maintenance, reporting, iteration — so the platform stays live and current.

SHEET 03 What we build Capability schedule

What comes off the drawing board.

C-01

Training platforms & academies

Course platforms, certification programs, and cohort communities — with the filming and curriculum production included, not referred out.

C-02

Client & member portals

Secure accounts, program content, interactive worksheets, progress tracking, and payments — the private side of your practice, online.

C-03

Operational software

The internal tools your staff actually use day to day: intake, scheduling, records and workflow, reporting — built around how you already work.

C-04

Automation & AI systems

Pipelines that carry real work end to end, and AI that drafts, processes, and reports under human review — installed inside your operation.

C-05

Content production

Filming, editing, publishing: courses, podcasts, and video, produced by our team and delivered in your voice.

C-06

Web presence & commerce

The public site, enrollment, checkout, and booking — designed, built, and kept running by the same firm that built the rest.

Client program platform

OASIS

A complete executive-development program platform built for a client’s practice: eight modules, twenty-two interactive worksheets, member accounts, and secure self-serve enrollment. Designed, developed, and deployed by Stoneclad — and still operated by us.

Client teaching platform

Practice-Led Academy

A paid teaching platform for an established practice owner — structured curriculum, live sessions, and member discussion. 55+ members joined in its first 60 days. The platform is member-gated; the practice’s public site (also ours) is linked in the record below.

Our own product

ShowDrop

AI post-production for long-form video: upload a recording, get back the edited show. Product, platform, and payments — conceived, engineered, and launched by Stoneclad. It grew out of the post-production pipeline we run for client shows.

AI diagnostic platform

Bottleneck Engine

An AI we built and operate that reads how a business runs, finds the constraint costing the most, proves the number in the owner’s own figures — and draws the fix. It’s the front door to the same build practice described on this page.

SHEET 05 How an engagement runs Sequence of work

From first conversation to daily operation.

Step 01

The architecture conversation

One working session on how your organization runs today: where the method lives, who delivers it, and what should exist in five years. No deck. Mostly questions.

Step 02

The blueprint

We document the operation and design the full system on paper first — platform architecture, build sequence, production plan. You see the whole thing before the build begins.

Step 03

The build

Engineering and production run in parallel: our developers build the platform while we film and package the curriculum with you, in your voice. Progress shows up weekly as working software, not status reports.

Step 04

Launch and operation

We deploy to production, move the operation over, and stay on as the operator — publishing, maintenance, reporting, iteration.

Engagements are scoped to the organization — the structure and the investment are discussed on the first call, once we’ve seen how you work.

Bring us the operation. We’ll draw the system.

If your method works and the constraint is that it lives in rooms, binders, and your own calendar — that’s the exact problem this firm was built for. The first conversation is about your organization, not ours.
