FAQ

Common questions.

The questions experts ask before deciding to work with us — answered the way we'd answer them on a call.

  • Established practitioners with a proven method — therapists, clinicians, educators, method-builders, authors, coaches with real results behind them — whose income is still capped by hands-on delivery. You don't need a following: your existing professional sphere is your launch audience. What you do need is a method that genuinely works and 1–3 hours a week to give the program.

  • One program, five components, built in sequence by us. We extract and codify your method into a sellable offer, build the digital asset in the vehicle that fits, stand up the full business infrastructure (website, checkout, email, CRM — all in your name), run a founding launch into your professional sphere, and carry the program through until your first paying customer is real. The engine underneath it is E2A, our expertise-to-asset system: you supply the method and the voice; it supplies everything else.

  • That's a discovery decision, not a menu you have to pre-shop. In the extraction sessions we map your method, your market, and your capacity, then recommend the vehicle with the most leverage — a community and course, a book and audiobook, or a podcast. The program is the same either way: asset live, infrastructure built, founding launch, first paying customer. The Complete Suite — every vehicle, integrated — exists for clients who grow into it.

  • We build it. You create the raw material in your own voice — you record to outlines we prepare, on the phone you already own. We write the plans, outlines, and scripts; we produce the asset; we build the infrastructure; and we write and send the launch (you approve every message before it goes). You are never handed a blank page. The one thing we can't do for you is be you.

  • 1–3 hours a week, scheduled around your practice. Your whole job is the four commitments of the Client Play: show up to your sessions (24-hour reschedules are fine), record within the planned windows, return reviews within five days, and approve the launch messages. Miss one and the guarantee clock pauses — it never voids. Everything else sits with us.

  • That's the design. No following required — your existing professional sphere is your launch audience: past clients, colleagues, referral partners, the people who already know your work. The founding launch is built for exactly that audience, and it's where first customers actually come from. Growing a broader audience is what The Platform Engine does after your first sale.

  • Three, stacked — the Triple Backstop. One: the Informed-Decision Window — an any-reason full refund through your first working session or day 14. Two: the Asset-Live Guarantee — your platform is live within 60 days, or we keep working free until it is, plus your first month of The Platform Engine on us. Three: the First-Customer Guarantee — if no one has paid you by the end of the program term, we keep working, free, until your first customer lands. All three are conditioned only on the four Client Play commitments. We never promise revenue figures, and we never put a number of days on your first sale — we only publish numbers logged results have earned.

  • That's the moment the program was built to reach — proof, in real money, that your method sells. Most clients then continue into The Platform Engine, the monthly growth service that keeps the platform compounding: audience, content, email, and funnel, operated for us to run and you to own. It's an option offered at the first-sale moment, never a requirement — everything we built is yours either way.

  • Three new builds a month. The constraint is real and operational, not a marketing pose — every engagement includes founder-led extraction sessions and a hands-on launch window, and underwriting outcomes only works if we genuinely show up for every one. When a month fills, the next build window opens the following month.

  • Sometimes — it depends on fit. We can operate alongside existing partners when there's no overlap with the build-and-operate slot we own. We replace them when there is. What we can't do is be the eighth vendor on a fragmented stack — the guarantees only hold when we own the build end-to-end. We'll be honest about whether the fit is real on the first call.
