We deliver 200+ content items per week in your voice, with measurable audience growth by Month 3 — or we keep working at no additional cost until we do.
What “measurable audience growth” means: follower growth, engagement growth, and view-count growth tracked across the platforms we publish to. We agree on the exact baseline at intake so there's no ambiguity about what the guarantee is measured against.
What triggers it: if at Month 3 you have not seen audience growth above baseline AND you have met your weekly recording commitment plus voice profile approval on schedule, the engagement continues at no additional cost until the growth is verifiably present.
What we can't underwrite: if you don't record weekly, or don't approve your voice profile on schedule, the guarantee doesn't fire — because the input the system depends on wasn't there. That's why the conditions are explicit.
Your online community and paid program delivered by Day 90 — or you receive a full refund plus a penalty payment to you on top of it. We put real skin in the game, not a soft “we'll keep working” clause.
Your commitment: attend all four onboarding strategy sessions on schedule and provide asset access per the onboarding checklist on time. The guarantee is action-conditional — it fires when you've met your side and we miss ours.
If we miss due to our delay: full refund of what you paid, plus the penalty payment, plus you keep every deliverable already produced. The downside of a missed deadline sits entirely on us.
If a delay is on your side: the timeline shifts proportionally without penalty to either party. Sessions reschedule, the build resumes, and the same specification still applies once the inputs are in.
What's not covered: revenue from the community, member counts at launch, and free-to-paid conversion rates. Those depend on you running the community after Day 90 — which is on your side of the table.

Minimum 3 engagement actions per business day. If we miss for 5 business days in a month, that month is free.
Other add-ons (Email Architecture, GHL Setup, Landing Pages, Custom App Dev, etc.) carry scoped delivery guarantees specific to each — written into the engagement letter for that add-on at the start.
